2017 Chevy City Express Review
Here's a review from Edmunds for the 17' Chevy City Express

More maneuverable than bigger, standard-size cargo vans; fuel-efficient four-cylinder engine; low entry price.
Cons
Slow acceleration from the single engine option; less cargo space than some rivals; no telescoping steering wheel available; seat cushions are on the stiff side.
What's New for 2017
The City Express is unchanged for 2017 other than a minor restructuring of optional feature availability.

What helps to forget about those con's is the starting price and at $21k, not that many people are complaining. Instead they might be going elsewhere to models that have been on the market for longer like the Transit Connect or even the older Savana/Express which can be bought used for dirt cheap.
