Holla Wish that we had some pictures from the actual event. I haven't seen many pictures of the City Express that were not actually released by Chevy itself. Any one here get to see the City express at the Chicago Auto Show? Maybe you took some of your own pictures?

Chevy City Express Makes Public Debut in Chicago

Chevrolet is letting the City Express small van out of the box, showing it off for the first time to the public here at the 2014 Chicago Auto Show.

The City Express is essentially a rebadged Nissan NV200, save for the nose job that brings it into the realm of Chevrolet styling. Powering the van is a 2.0-liter four cylinder that makes 131 hp and 139 lb-ft of torque mated to a continuously variable transmission.

In the back of the van, 122.7 cubic feet of cargo space is accessible along with twenty integrated cargo-mounting points throughout the interior and six floor-mounted D-rings help to secure any cargo. Chevy boasts that a full size 40 x 48 pallet can fit in the back.

The City Express has a turning diameter of 36.7 feet, and an estimated payload capacity of 1,500 pounds.

Up front, the driver is given access to a variety of storage points along with a center console that can be used to hang files. Other features include standard power windows, a driver information screen and a 12-volt power outlet. A technology package is available, and includes a 5.8-inch diagonal touch screen, navigation, satellite radio, Bluetooth, a USB input and a rearview camera system.

Although it is based off of a Nissan, Chevrolet reiterates that all 3,200 Chevy dealers across the US can service the City Express.
